If you've found your way here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, restless, or caught in a cycle of worry that feels hard to break.

Anxiety is a natural human response to stress or perceived danger, but when it becomes persistent or overwhelming, it can interfere with daily life and well-being.  You may experience anxiety as racing thoughts, constant worry, trouble sleeping, or difficulty concentrating.  But anxiety is not just in the mind- it lives in our bodies too.

Anxiety is not a flaw, it is a sign that your nervous system is doing its best to keep you safe.  With compassionate support, it is possible to loosen anxiety's grip and find more ease, clarity, and resilience.

Together, we can work toward building trust within your mind and body, increasing your capacity to feel, and expanding your ability to be present.

Often, these are the symptoms of anxiety:

  • Nervousness, restlessness, or being tense
  • Feelings of danger, panic, or dread
  • Rapid breathing or hyperventilation
  • Increased or heavy sweating
  • Trembling or muscle twitching
  • Weakness or lethargy
  • Difficulty focusing or thinking clearly about anything other than the thing you’re worried about
  • Insomnia
  • Obsessions, fixations, or ruminations
  • Anxiety surrounding a particular life event or experience that has occurred in the past; a sign of post-traumatic stress disorder
